If the idea of this page is interesting to you, and you have tapes that we still do not have here, we shall be glad to receive from you the scanned images of your cassettes and their inlay cards. Absence of the inlay card for a cassette is not much of a problem - someone else will surely send the inlay to us later. And again, if a cassette itself is lost but you have an inlay - don't hesitate to send it to us. We hope that someone will send to us the corresponding cassette later anyway. We draw your attention to the fact that we are primarily interested in blank tapes manufactured in series.

Please, keep in mind some easy requirements we wish you to fulfill. Doing that will simplify our job for the Project. And we thank you for that in advance. Yet things happen and sometimes we receive really fubar scans but still are able to reincarnate them into something decent.

Requirements

First of all, a cassette shall be as clean as possible. We totally admit that some items can be 20 or more years old, and they have surely become a little bit worn out during operation. But let's say you have several cassettes of one particular model - so please scan and send to us the best looking one, and preferably the one having no notes made on its surface in pencil, ball-pen or highlighter.

Secondly, you shall not make a photo of a cassette with a digital camera. Just put a cassette into a flatbed scanner and make an image - this is more than enough for a good quality picture. The same is true for an inlay card: take it out of the cassette's protective case and scan it.

And at last, optimal resolution for scanning is 200-300DPI in true scale. We would appreciate if you leave margins around the scanned material. Save your files in JPG format with a moderate compression and send them to us at haplishe@yahoo.com

Your participation and contribution to the C-90 Project will be appreciated by our visitors. Whatever, if You'll have any question - feel free to drop us a letter.
